Cover 2 Sales was founded by Steve Cooper in October 2003. Back then the electronics industry was still trying to recover from the market crash of 2001. Despite an inhospitable market Steve’s knowledge, experience, determination and drive enabled Cover 2 Sales to grow and succeed. In 2013, Naudain Associates Southern joined forces with Cover 2 Sales, strengthening our interconnect, passive and electro-mechanical (IP&E) offerings with solutions for human-machine interface (HMI), power conversion, interconnect and thermal management. Centrally headquartered in Baltimore, MD, Cover 2 Sales is convenient to the I-95 and I-270 corridors, Northern Virginia, the BWI technology district and all other parts of our territory. We are one of a very few number of representative firms with remote sales resources dedicated to central and southern Virginia. We are well serviced by Baltimore/Washington International (MD), Reagan National (DC) and Dulles International (VA) airports. Cover 2 Sales’ management has earned the prestigious Certified Professional Manufacturers’ Representative (CPMR) accreditation by the Manufacturers’ Representatives Educational Research Foundation (MRERF).

With our headquarters centrally located in Baltimore, MD and staff residing strategically across the region, we are well-positioned to efficiently and effectively serve customers in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
Steve Cooper
Territory Coverage: Maryland and Northern Virginia
Steve has earned BSEE and MSEE degrees from The Johns Hopkins University. His electrical design experience includes projects in the Mil/Space, industrial embedded systems and high volume consumer verticals. Steve started in sales as a Field Applications Engineer for Advanced Micro Devices’ programmable logic spin-off (Vantis). He later joined a local rep firm as an equity partner. Steve formed Cover 2 Sales in 2003. Steve is a Certified Professional Manufacturers Representative (CPMR), a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and an active member in the Electronics Representatives Association (ERA) at both the national and local chapter levels.
Mike Losego
Territory Coverage: Southern Virginia
Mike majored in Business Administration and minored in Engineering at the University of Notre Dame. With multiple stints in distribution, an extremely successful tenure with the rep firm Third Wave Solutions, and time serving as the Vice President of Sales for ADI Engineering (a local OEM), he is a veteran of the electronics industry. Mike joined Cover 2 Sales in 2013. He resides in Richmond, Virginia and gives Cover 2 Sales the market’s best rep coverage in southern Virginia.
Nick Cooper
Territory Coverage: Northern Virginia, DC, Maryland
Nick majored in Business Management with a concentration in Finance at Towson University. Before coming to Cover 2 Sales Nick spent two years in customer service and accounts receivable in the talent acquisition field, supporting over 50 clients. Nick joined Cover 2 Sales in May of 2023.
